After our initial conversations, if you feel that we're a great match, we can proceed to make things official! Following our discussion, I'll send you an online proposal that includes your personalized contract, an invoice for the creative fee, and a payment schedule—all of which can be easily completed online.

A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable creative fee will secure your date, and the excitement will truly begin! I'll start sharing valuable resources with you, including my wedding guide, a list of recommended vendors, insights on first looks and timelines, and much more.

Next, we'll schedule a planning session. If this is for a wedding I will extend invites to your wedding planner. I'll also supply a proposed timeline and a mood board to further confirm and visualize our discussions.

For weddings, twelve weeks before your special day, I'll issue an invoice for any outstanding balance. The balance should be cleared no later than eight weeks before your wedding day.

I’ll check in with you a few weeks before your wedding day to confirm any important details or changes.

When possible, I like to attend the rehearsal in person to meet the wedding party and strategize my position.

On your wedding day, I'll arrive at the earliest time that suits you. After touching base with the planner, I'll begin capturing the day's magic, adhering to our established plan.

The day after your wedding, I'll send you a few sneak peeks to enjoy. You will receive the full edited gallery within six weeks of your wedding day. This gallery will be accessible online allowing you to download all the high-resolution images easily. Additionally, you have the option to order prints or create photo books at an extra cost, and I am more than happy to assist you with this process.

My parents live in McMinnville, Oregon. If you choose 8 hours or more of coverage, I do not charge travel fees for weddings within 2 hours of McMinnville. Cheers!

I manage all my travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations. This allows you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration without the added stress of logistical details.

Absolutely! For multi-day wedding celebrations, an additional consecutive day of coverage can be included. The cost depends on the day of the week and the number of hours needed. Contact me for a custom quote.
