With so many of my couples starting families, I have added Maternity and Family photography to my offerings. Each session includes planning calls and a Style Guide, access to my client closet, location scouting, a custom photography timeline, and an online gallery with printing rights and the ability to download high-resolution edited images. There are no travel fees for Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint, Spokane, or any community within 1 hour of Coeur d’Alene. This package is designed for immediate family and not large group shots. You can add on a styled picnic for $175 (optional).

Ready to reserve your day and book? Send me an inquiry to see if I have your day available. I’m fast with email and even faster with text. I’ll let you know if your date is available and we will start a conversation.
After our initial conversations, if you feel that we're a great match, we can proceed to make things official! Following our discussion, I'll send you an online proposal that includes your personalized contract, an invoice for the creative fee, and a payment schedule—all of which can be easily completed online.
A signed contract and a 30% non-refundable creative fee will secure your date, and the excitement will truly begin! I'll start sharing valuable resources with you, including my wedding guide, a list of recommended vendors, insights on first looks and timelines, and much more.
Next, we'll schedule a planning session. If this is for a wedding I will extend invites to your wedding planner. I'll also supply a proposed timeline and a mood board to further confirm and visualize our discussions.
For weddings, twelve weeks before your special day, I'll issue an invoice for any outstanding balance. The balance should be cleared no later than eight weeks before your wedding day.
I’ll check in with you a few weeks before your wedding day to confirm any important details or changes.
When possible, I like to attend the rehearsal in person to meet the wedding party and strategize my position.
On your wedding day, I'll arrive at the earliest time that suits you. After touching base with the planner, I'll begin capturing the day's magic, adhering to our established plan.
The day after your wedding, I'll send you a few sneak peeks to enjoy. You will receive the full edited gallery within six weeks of your wedding day. This gallery will be accessible online allowing you to download all the high-resolution images easily. Additionally, you have the option to order prints or create photo books at an extra cost, and I am more than happy to assist you with this process.

My parents live in McMinnville, Oregon. If you choose 8 hours or more of coverage, I do not charge travel fees for weddings within 2 hours of McMinnville. Cheers!

If you are choosing 8 hours or more coverage, there are no travel fees for weddings within 2 hours of Coeur d’Alene or 2 hours of McMinnville, Oregon. A $800 travel fee will be charged for locations beyond my service area, within Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana. If your destination leads us beyond my core states (Washington, Idaho, Oregon, or Montana) but within the continental U.S., a flat travel fee of $1800 will be applied. For those planning to tie the knot in the breathtaking landscapes of Hawaii or the majestic wilderness of Alaska, a flat fee of $2500 will be added to your package. These charges are straightforward and transparent, ensuring no unexpected surprises for you.
I manage all my travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodations. This allows you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration without the added stress of logistical details.
