The Dreamiest Apple Orchard Wedding in Sandpoint, Idaho
Emily and Reid got married in their family apple orchard right before harvest. The orchard was bursting with apples. They incorporated a cider press ceremony to make the ceremony even more unique. Wondering what a cider press ceremony is? I was too! Here’s how it worked: guests picked apples, made a wish, and placed them in baskets at the end of each aisle. When the ceremony began, the officiant invited the youngest guests to bring the apples up to the altar. Together, Emily and Reid pressed the apples into fresh cider and shared a toast, symbolizing the sweet beginnings of their married life.
The couple tied the knot amidst the sweet scent of apples warmed by late summer sunshine.

We spent 4 hours documenting the vow reading on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille on Friday and 5 hours the following day documenting their traditional wedding in an apple orchard in Sand Point, Idaho.
